Dr. Ardavan Jafari is a dedicated chiropractor with a comprehensive educational background and a passion for helping patients achieve optimal musculoskeletal health. While he treats a wide range of musculoskeletal disorders, he has a special interest in managing jaw and orofacial pain, as well as chronic headaches related to the temporomandibular joint (TMJ). His additional training and certifications equip him to effectively address TMJ pain, neck pain, chronic headaches, athlete management, and provide instrument-assisted soft tissue therapy.
Education Background
He earned his Bachelor of Kinesiology from the University of Toronto followed by a Master of Science in Immunology from York University and Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC).
Certifications
Diagnosis and Management of Temporomandibular Disorders from University of Toronto, Faculty of Dentistry.
Research Background
Dr. Jafari’s research contributions have been published in renowned journals such as the American Journal of Physiology-Cell Physiology and PLoS One. He has also been honored with the “A. Earl Homewood Memorial Award” from CMCC for his research projects.
